“Dr Taylor is wonderful, it’s obvious that he truly cares about the animals he treats. After moving away from Richmond, I continue to make the drive to go to Barnes Mill because I know my dog is getting the best care. I can usually get an appointment fairly quickly even though it’s a busy practice. Most of the front desk staff is friendly except for one woman who always seems like she’s annoyed to be helping customers. I just try to avoid her when going in.”

“My little sweet calico became very ill. I brought her to the office. Dr. K. Was the veterinarian. After blood work and a once over the outcome was not good. Even with that, I could have not asked for better care. Explained everything to me. They ALL were so caring, compassionate and patient. I could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend them highly. When your " baby " of 12 years has come to the end of your time together, this is where I want her to be. Outstanding !”
