This place is Okay but the wait is unreal I've never waited longer in my life.. The sevice is awful, we ask for glasses straps for my son and the worker said, "yeah we have some in stock, go ask the woman at the front desk for some." and so we went and ask the woman and that lazy liar said (in a rude tone). "we don't have those." We didn't say anything but we left in a bad mood.

Nice, helpful staff and doctor. The girl that ordered my glasses (I think her name was Katie) was very sweet and interactive with my daughter, which my daughter loves because she loves to talk to people.

What is with all of these negative reviews? Took my boyfriend for some new glasses. The call to make his appointment was good. It was a pleasant surprise to have her ask if I could come in the next day given his luck with dentist appointments. We came in, it wasn't hard to decipher where to go. There were two ladies at the desk - one was checking him out, one was dealing with an unsatisfied customer. Both were handling things with lots of grace. There was no rush or hassle when he fumbled for his card. She didn't seem annoyed when he asked questions. In all fairness, it was unclear where we were meant to sit and wait, as the first door you enter has all of the glasses and front desks. Walk further into the second waiting room. Overall, the waiting room wasn't that bad. There's a coloring section for kids with coloring sheets and blank paper and crayons. A few tattered magazines. Mostly glasses catalogues. They also have a TV that was playing KET. The wait wasn't extremely long, but we were kind of miffed that his appointment was for 2:00 and he wasn't seen until 2:45. With the pre-exam, the girl doing it was very pleasant and also answered his questions thoroughly. One thing that I noticed that I liked is that no one was trying to upsell anything. They asked if he was being fitted for contacts or renewing his glasses subscription, he mentioned wanting to do both if covered by his insurance. She mentioned that only glasses were, she didn't push him any further. When it came to getting his eyes dilated, she offered that or getting his eyes scanned for an additional cost. He chose the latter. The eye doctor was fun and joking, sweetest lady ever. She happily showed the scans of his eyes. Whenever he came out to pick frames, he wasn't told which row he was allowed to look at for his insurance, he had to walk up to the front desk and ask. Plenty of options for the section you're allotted. The girl checking me out was also sweet. When he requested a copy, she just handed it over. He's still not gotten them yet, but it's not been long enough for him to have received them. 5 out of 5. His favorite eye doctor since his childhood one.

I really amazed at the quality of workers from beginning to the end they were all so great respectful and help full I can’t speak and the had no trouble at all adjusting to my needs to do my eye exam if there was one thing I would suggest would be wheelchair some people don’t have wheelchair chairs and need one if it’s a lot of walking involved
