Worst pharmacy ever my mom's prescription was called in in the morning 4 pm still not done and was told it was being filled somewhere else to come pick it up tomorrow when you fill a prescription in a day something is way wrong

Big joke. The cashier kept saying my son's prescription wasn't faxed in and I called the Drs office and it was. My son has strep throat and according to the cashier in pharmacy the pharmacist was behind on prescriptions for tomorrow and that's why prescriptions for today weren't getting done. Other customers were raising heck. The cashier kept making excuses. It's not the customers problem. It's your problem as a company. And if my son doesn't get his antibiotics it's going to be an even bigger problem for your company by the time I'm done. Strep throat is not something you mess around with. It can go into other illnesses. Definitely need a better system or pharmacists that can actually get their job done.

This is the WORST pharmacy in Madison County. You receive texts that prescriptions are ready but when you arrive you still have to wait. This after waiting an hour after receiving the text. Staff will stand around with customers waiting, usually very short at the drive through asking name, birthdate numerous times

We set up an appointment online to get a couple of necessary vaccines. We arrived 15 minutes early, as we had been directed to do then were told we'd have to stand in a prescription line to get our scheduled innoculations. Then we had to fill out paper work that had already been filled out online.
What is usually an appointment that takes at most 20 minutes took over 1 1/2 hours. Granted, they were super busy after buying out another pharmacy but the wait seemed excessive and unfair after going to the trouble to make an appointment.
The tech who gave us our vaccinations was very apologetic and polite. The shots were only mildly painful. Dealing with that gentleman was wonderfully positive after the long wait.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I had to wait on hold on phone for 30 minutes to be told my prescription would be ready by 2pm. Then I wait in line for 30 minutes with my kids in the car only to be told oops it’s not in and is actually backordered with no eta. I asked on the phone if there was any chance of this and they said no…it’s in the system with not problems. Now I have no meds until I can get my Dr to send me a new prescription to any other pharmacy but this one next week.

I am a healthcare, professional, and I’m disappointed with the customer service and the efficiency of this pharmacy. The people that check you out at the cash register are nice and helpful. The pharmacy doesn’t look at you when they talk to you & does not look at you when you answer them. The wait times are ridiculous. This is my third trip to the drive-through pharmacy because the first two times after they called me telling me my medicine was ready, the medicine was not ready. So this is my third trip sitting in a very long line with long wait times just to get my routine medicine. I feel that we can do better here.

Definitely recommend NOT using Walgreens as your pharmacy, constantly getting pulled around, told one day and having to come back 3-4 times to get ONE prescription. The worst experience I've had getting prescriptions.

I came to pick up my girlfriends prescription when the pharmacy wasn’t busy at all and they told me “20 minutes” which I was fine with but then I went back up to the counter and they told me another 25 minutes and then it started to pick up. You shouldn’t have to wait all day for your medicine

Spent 40 min on hold just to get disconnected. Also they never have my peticular prescription on hand, they always have to order it.

I've been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 14 years. I moved to Richmond Kentucky about a year ago and continue using Walgreens. Over the past year I have had so many problems with extremely bad customer service and being put on hold for a downright insulting amount of time, that I have now been transitioning all my prescriptions to CVS. I've tried talking to the people at the store, they didn't improve.

Walgreens app sucks at showing clearance so I always go in stores to look around but I guess that makes you look like a thief. Probably because I put my card in my pocket without opening a wallet to free my hands…
