I was just remembering the time my account got hit with an unauthorized charge and this very bank refused entirely to help me (maybe the lady I spoke with was just having a bad day?), they flat out wouldn't reverse the unauthorized charge, let alone the overdraft "protection" fee. I got to go hungry for about a week until my next paycheck hit. I'd had other issues with this bank, but this was ultimately why I switched to a very nearby bank with a blue logo. If I didn't work at a restaurant at the time I'd have been in real trouble. It's a good thing I didn't have any children going hungry along with me over it. What this bank DID do, was charge me $70 for being stolen from; I'm not the only one in my family that loathes this bank, and for good reasons (we think).

Recently opened a business account with this bank and have nothing but issues since. This location is closest to home and every interaction at this bank has been a disaster. The first visit they refused to allow me inside the doors, even with a mask, and told me I would have to make my very large deposit through the drive-through (there were no state mandated Covid restrictions at this time). Uncomfortable with this I drove To the other side of town at a different location and was able to go in to make my deposit with no issues. after reaching out to corporate I was told I never should’ve been denied going into the building.The mobile app for this bank is awful. Mobile deposits are merely impossible and are always rejected despite clearly writing all required information on the back of the check. After rejecting a plethora of mobile deposits I came to this location to deposit them in person. I sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes waiting for them to complete the deposit to no avail. They were on the phone trying to verify the mobile deposit had not actually cleared the account before completing the deposit. Despite proof of rejected deposit and clearly none of those checks had cleared onto my account. After 25 minutes I cancelled the deposits and went to a different location and was able to deposit with ease. Completely absurd and the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Do not recommend, if you must deal with this Bank make the extra trip to go to the other side of town.
