The worst experience I've ever had EVER. Save yourself from going through a nightmare. I cant begin to explain how bad this experience has been. I have lots of documentation and have made a complaint with the BBB as well. I have never filed a complaint on anyone in my life before but this experience left me no other option. I have shed tears over this experience. Save yourself do NOT go to this person.

so dissatisfied been using tim since 2003 and he was great. now been trying to get up with him since March. no returned phone calls or texts or emails. so sad to have been such a great guy and business to the lack of professionalism now. never again!

He has been MIA for months. I have found a mistake on my 2018 taxes and cannot file until he provides me an avenue to do so. I am so disappointed. I rarely leave poor revues but it has been months of me emailing, leaving messages and having a friend text his gf to let him know of my situation. HE had done my taxes for three years and had been highly recommended.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT use this place for anything!!! It has been a complete NIGHTMARE using this business. Will not answer the phones, will not help you with anything, NEVER do what they say. SO UNHAPPY! IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 I would and I have never felt like this about anything before!

This is John Baudendistel why have you not returned my calls since. April? I have left messages with your secretary, your voicemail and on your messenger account. You told me you were going to call me back to finalize everything. My lawyer has left messages on your voicemail and you won't respond. See you in Court.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They never return phone calls and mess up taxes. I was not able to reach their office for 3 months!!!!!!! I had to drive there personally and that didn't help. Tim promised he will fix a mistake he has created on my taxes and never has fixed it. Stay away from this business !!!!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment two weeks ago, scheduled with the bookkeeper Neil. We got to the office on time and no one ever showed up. I have called the office several times since then and still have not gotten a call back. I would give them a zero star if I could. I know this is not tax season right now but if you make an appointment you should keep it or at least call back.

I have been going to Tim for 10 years now. I did not realize what I was missing out on financially until Tim took over my taxes. His thorough knowledge of his profession and ability to listen to his clients sets him apart from all the rest.

100% impressed! I always filed taxes on my own because I'm fairly simple, but this year I needed a bit more help with my 1098-T. After getting the run-around from another accountant because I'm not a high-paying corporation, I called Williams at the beginning of April hoping that they might be able to squeeze in a new client (several others couldn't). Not only did he fit me in the next week and do a fantastic job on my taxes, they also made me feel welcome (they made me fresh coffee). The dog is adorable as well. Definitely recommend!
