We lost a lot in the flood. The people of You Name it We Fix it were able to repair many of our electronics with important information and family significance that we thought were gone forever.Very Satisfied.

I walked in, and the gentleman at the front desk helped me remove a badly stripped laptop screw without even blinking. Didn’t charge me a dime. Extremely friendly staff with a good sense of humor. I would recommend them to anyone from my experience alone.

I went to a recommended place in Lexington to get a battery put in my tablet (I had a new battery). They kept my tablet 2 days then told me, they couldn't use my battery because when they fix things they supply the parts and wanted $200. I took it to this guy and he had the battery in within 10 min and really didn't want to charge me for it. I paid him against his objections. Based on what I saw, this is the place to go if you have any issues with phone, tablet, computer.... heck, you name it I bet he can fix it, fast and at a fair price.

I wish I had had a better experience here, as other reviews suggest this is a fantastic place. The keyboard on my laptop went out, and I remembered this place as I drive by it all the time on my way to Kroger. I brought my laptop in, and the first red flag was their intake process. All they did was put a post-it note on my computer with my name and number on it. That was it. No electronic intake, no nothing. I thought that was weird but okay. They told me it could be a month before it was done, and that was fine by me. I did ask for them to call me with a quote before they ordered the parts/did the repair because it was not a very expensive unit, and I didn't want to put too much money into it. So I left, and I waited. Two weeks later, I had heard nothing so I called for an update. Mind, I work customer service, and tech customer service, so I was never a Karen about any of this. We had had a terrible hail storm and the shop's owner had awful home and car damage, and had to put the shop on pause -- which I fully understood. I was VERY lucky I didn't have more than a few dents in my car, and waited another two weeks to call again for an update. This time I spoke to a woman, who informed me they had ordered the part (without a quote), and were waiting for it. I asked for a quote. She could not provide one, and said the number they had for me was wrong (I wrote it on the post it note myself -- maybe it was illegible?). I gave my number to them again, and waited. About two weeks later (6 weeks), I called again. I spoke to a gentleman, who also could not give me a quote, or even tell me how much the part cost at all, and told me they were still waiting. Two more weeks (8 weeks), I called yet again. They had gotten the part, and had installed it, without a quote, and cited again the number was wrong even though I had verbally given it to the lady several weeks prior. And now, my computer screen appears to be going out when I never had an issue with it before. I don't mind the time. They can't force HP to ship parts faster. They can't control the weather and the damage that it can cause. Real life happens. But basically everything I asked for (which was not unreasonable? A quote?) was ignored, it all seemed very unorganized, and I do not believe I will be using this shop again. I am very glad so many other people have had a better experience -- mine seems like a one-off.Update: The screen issue is now so bad less than a month later I can barely use the laptop. So 8 weeks, bad customer service, paid for the repairs AND a tip and I'm going to have to just replace the laptop for an issue it did not have when I brought it in. Very disappointed, will never use this shop again and recommend others bring their business elsewhere.

Been to this place a couple times. They fixed my brothers phone quickly, and did a great job. They are very nice and helpful. Today, they helped me out with a stripped screw for free. I was attempting to replace the phone screen myself.

Have your broken phone fixed without breaking the bank! Fast and friendly service every time, I have never had to wait more than an hour for my repairs, 5 stars is not enough for these guys!!!

We brought in our PC after it mysteriously stopped turning on. Everyone was so kind, and worked hard to diagnose it and fix it, even after having to go on a scavenger hunt for a part. The tech stayed in contact with us, and now it's home and working!
