“Highly recommend Vine Grove Storage! They are so friendly and easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. We use the climate controlled building which has easy access, is well lit and is always clean. They even have a few items available for your use like a hand truck and cart which is so helpful to get things in and out. In addition, there is a dumpster right outside the building for storage customers. Super handy! Bonus if you are Military. They offer a Military discount on storage and the facility is only 15 minutes from post. All around, a great place to store your extra things!”
“I started renting at this storage facility over a year ago. Secur Care then took over and although I haven’t had to have a whole lot of interaction with the property manager, every single question or situation has been addressed in a prompt, professional and considerate manner. I have nothing but high praise for the facility and especially for the property manager. Absolutely will continue to recommend them to everyone. “My storage unit was in a secure building with climate control. I felt that my belongings were safe there because there are a couple security measures in place: you have to have a code to get through the main gate, then a key to enter the building, plus the lock I put on the door.Robyn in the office is very nice and helpful!Highly recommend!!”

“We have stored our belongings at this same Radcliff location since before Turbo Storage took over. The change in ownership has been a blessing. The ease of use and increased security has really made our family feel secure about how our things are stored. My wife and I have also been discussing renting a 2nd unit for my muscle car….. that I don’t even trust her to drive it.”
“Very large selection and clean trucks. Include a snow removal brush during winter months in areas subject to snow. Have a side step up added to some trucks and add as option for making reservations. Short people have a hard time getting in driver side as single step on truck (15’) . (I.e. i have 2 knee replacements and have week knees. I actually strained my knee trying to get into truck. Not a negative on the dealer but uhaul in general may improve their products this way.”
