It might be open when it's supposed to, and it might not be... it's a gamble every time I go. Someone was there today when I showed up at 11:30AM (Opening is 10:30AM) and they were in there, talking on the phone, and didn't bother opening the window for business. Had to drive all the way into town and wait in a long line.

A quaint nostalgic place. The employees and customers are like family. You can send internationally and get a PO box here. I hope it never goes out of business in my lifetime.
