“Why they are my mechanic and why they should be yours: Honesty. They have only been straight forward with me. Not part swappers, not people who inflate the bill. There have been times I've ASKED them to charge for things that they wrote off. Quality. These guys know what they're doing. They should have given up on my car several times, but kept with an especially difficult electrical problem with our car. Respect. They treat you like family and explain everything fully. Integrity. “When it works it does a great job. Recently due to public vandalism there was a problem or two with equipment but when I called to see about getting my money back the lady on the other end was very polite and understanding. I was givin directions to the business and when I arrived the gentleman at the window took care of my refund.”
