“I moved to Russell Springs from Somerset a couple of years ago and was looking to change vet practices. Initially, I called Coffey's Vet Center in Columbia based on a friend's recommendation. Needless to say, that was a mistake. The person who answered was clearly overly stressed and not friendly at all. She did not have time to spend a few minutes on the phone with me for questions I had about their practice. So, Google led me here. I called and they were so very informative and I felt that they truly cared about receiving my business. My feelings were confirmed when I showed up for my appointment.
