“Nick and the service team were awesome to work with. We were traveling to the area towing our RV when we began having issues with the diesel engine in our truck. We dropped our RV at our campsite and called to get an appointment and were told to bring it in and they would get right on it. We managed to arrive just before 4pm and within 15 minutes they were already diagnosing the issue. Being late in the day and no Ubers or Taxis in the area, Kaity was able to arrange for us to get a ride back to our RV 30 minutes away. By 10am the next day they contacted us with the repairs needed (fuel injector) and by 5pm they had completed the repair and delivered our truck back to us knowing we had no way to come get it. Nick, Kaity and Caroline were very helpful and fantastic to work with.”
