“Let me start by saying that my decision to bring our family van to Jimmy's was based on the reviews on here. Brought the van for much needed timing belt/water pump preventative maintenance. As the day progressed, I called and asked if it would be ready for pick up to which Beau confirmed it would. When I go there at 4:05 pm I was told that it might not happen that day as they were sent the wrong belt. To the point here, Jimmy personally drove to Nashville to get the right belt which in turn put the job behind for a couple of hours. Jimmy said it could be pushing it considering the shop is supposed to close at 5:00pm. I told him I would waitas it's our only means of transportation. The mechanic stayed over and finished the job and was handed the van back around 5:45pm. Dedication to customer satisfaction at its finest was shown. Recommend and will return.”

“I bought a 08 town and country knowing it had some electrical gremlins. The transmission was one of them. It gave me 10k miles and many family trips before it finally went out on me on our last trip. It got me home and from many referrals this shop was the only place I went. He was fairly priced for what I needed and had a warranty on his workmanship! He was definitely fair on prices completely rebuilding and less than I was quoted at another place for swapping a used transmission in when I’d first bought the van. “My wife and daughter were traveling back from Texas driving thru Franklin KY and our car broke down. We had it towed to the closest place and they were short staffed and couldn't get us in for at least a week. So we had it towed again a bit farther to Brad's. He drove an hour away to get the part and had them back on the road the next morning. He even picked them up at their hotel because they didn't have a way to get the car when it was finished. I would highly recommend this shop!”

“After a failed Saturday Alternator replacement went wrong with a stripped tension bolt I called this shop. Even though they couldn't get ahold of the service they use to tow your car they came and picked it personally at around 10am, and had it finished in 5 hours despite their hours only being listed til 12pm all for a reasonable price. I will return here for future repairs and I suggest you do the same if you're in Franklin.”

“Very great staff!! I'd suggest going an hour or so ahead of planned time if you have somewhere to go. I may have just caught them on a busy day. Also, others may have had appointments. I was a walk in & needed 1 tire. It was $82 the cheapest tire, w/no extras, no insurance, no balancing, etc. The staff was very helpful with helping me put oil in afterwards. Free of charge. I had bought the oil prior, & needed help on opening the oil cap. They also checked it. Very kind. ?”
