Went vehicle shopping with my son. During a test drive, the car was shifting very hard so we took it to my mechanic. Transmission was not good to say the least. And that was the only vehicle I allowed my son to look at there. Shame on yall ?

Bought a 2010 f150 king ranch 1k down of the 5k cash I had for a downpayment due to my brother's experience of having to put 2k into a 2009 f150 lariat after he drove it off the lot. Couple years back. Soon glad I did because bought it drove home check engine light called the lot told them got brushed off. This place really only cares about your sale after that it's over.. before I test drove my truck I notices the tps light was on and asked if they would fix that light or adjust the price. Said sure they put air in it and more excuses. I go back today to get the tag abd ask about it the owners said "every car on the lot has tps sensors on."So far I'm going to have to puttires planned.Multiple sensors.New factory oem keys because they buy sets from Amazon for 17$ that get stuck in the ignition.Basically put the absolute minimum down to get the vehicle you want because you will have to put work into the car right away. Above the general new car tune upIt's like they clear the check engine lights to sell the car. Turn and burn lot.

I can't say enough about these guys! The buying process was extremely simple and easy, and we even talked to a guy who grew up down the street from where we live, so the small world factor was in play. From Daniel, who sold me my awesome truck, to Terry, our Lebanon guy who made sure this truck was the best it could be, you won't find a single bad apple in the bunch. If you need a solid vehicle at an affordable price, these guys at Countryside have got you covered!

Buyers beware! When buying a used vehicle as-is, you never know what could happen with it and I fully respect that the dealer can't know every detail either. However, when you have owned the vehicle for 21 days and it has spent the last 6 in the shop with MAJOR radiator and engine issues, it is hard to believe there wasn't some indication of that on the lot. Especially when there is a mechanic who goes over every vehicle before it is sold. This was for my 17 year old son and I was very honest about looking for something that would be safe and reliable. Earl told me directly that there was NOTHING wrong with this vehicle. Again, as-is is as-is, but to get a vehicle that needs MAJOR work (to the tune of $7800) before the temporary tag even expires? Save yourself the hassle (and the money) and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t even come outside to greet me. I asked about a truck they had he throw me the keys and said just check it out and come talk to him. It was posted that it was in mint condition. Had a cheep maco or home paint job with about 50lbs of bondo. Cab corners were rusted out with bondo over it. Leaking oil from the front main seal.would never in my life buy their clapped out junk

I got it and had it 23hrs and had to get a Water pump replaced on it (All good the place I bought it from paid for it) I get it back from the shop I drive it 3 days and went to GA and was on my way back to KY and had to turn around at Chattanooga and take the truck back to moms and park it cause it was stalling out (check engine light was not on) I hook my scanner up to it and pulls up codes for Camshaft position.. long story short, Truck has bad Cam phasers, VCT Solenoid, and timing chain.. 9hrs of labor and can cost up to 3,500 dollars,I DO NOT RECOMMEND Countryside Auto sales of Russellville KY.. HOPEFULLY I can work to get them blacklisted from Any soldiers buying from them so no soldier is put in my situation

Liar and cheat. Guy gave me his word he would hold a truck for me for 1 day until I could arrange to drive 9 hours to pick it up. When I reached out a few hours later to confirm, he sold it out from under me. Even offered him a deposit to hold it. Steer away from this crook.
