Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Had my prescription called in and got there only for a sign to say no pharmacist on duty so the pharmacy was shut down!! Not the first time it has happened. You are a pharmacy DO BETTER

They overcharge for prescriptions. Paid $14 at a little local pharmacy where I just moved and paid Walgreens $54 for the same prescription.

this store is no good you never know when you will get your medicines a med that was filled on the 28 of last month cant be filled on the 28 of the next month i would not reccomend this store to anyone walmart or someplace is better

When someone sits in you're drive-through for over 10 minutes and then you want to close the window in someone's face and tell them yall are closed come back at 9 am 1 minute past close the least you can do is be courteous enough to give them the prescriptions that you'll have took days to feel when it is an emergency prescription that someone lost in a storm from power outages this place can't keep anything in stock or even keep people's narcotics let alone other prescriptions straight throughout the month that they need filled

Sat in the drive-thru of the pharmacy for 15 minutes, while they handled another client endlessly. Upon reaching the window just 1 minute before closing time, they looked at me, then shut the window and closed up. There were no other vehicles behind me. There are more appropriate courses of action rather than stone walling a customer in such a cold manner. Ill be transferring all future prescriptions to another drug store. Stay away from this location.

Your Russellville Kentucky location could have killed my 80 year old mother by dispensing the wrong blood pressure medication to her. I’ve called and been promised so many call backs and no one will call me back. Doctor called in a change of blood pressure medication dosage which included raising one and lowering another. Mom is a retired RN of 40 years and knew something was wrong with the dosage Walgreens tried to give her as it would have sent her blood pressure through the floor and probably killed her. The pharmacy employees argued with her about this until mom noticed the order on the walgreen employee screen. Your employee was careless and no one bothered to read the full order from the doctor. This is after she was lied to and told they called her doctor and she confirmed with the doctor’s office that was false. Is this how you do business? Halfway reading prescription orders and badgering elderly women for noticing your carelessness? She still does not know what the four pills she was sent home with the first day were.

Went to pick up prescriptions at 11 a.m. and the 1:30-2:00 lunch sign was in drive thru window! Called and stayed on hold forever. Finally my son went in the store and the pharmacist was sick so they closed the pharmacy! So irresponsible. Have used them for years but never again!!!

Fix your online scheduling.Trash place, scheduled a Covid swab for today and Lo and behold their pharmacy was closed. Didn’t offer any help regarding their faulty scheduling, and overall didn’t care. As far as pharmacy’s or clinics are concerned you work less efficiently than Byrd clinic on post where I work. Honestly wish I could do more than write a review such as this to put you guys on blast for being such a trash place of business.

Whomever Beth is, if that's even her real name they gave me..needs to go back and review her job options because customer service isn't for her! I've been getting medicine filled there for over 5 years and NEVER once had someone so rude and unhappy with their job or having to answer simple questions she was asked.

The pharmacy tech went above and beyond finding my Member ID number because I haven't received my insurance card yet and now I'm able to get my meds.

Terrible phone service, I kept getting cut off 3 times, you have to go through so much just to talk to a person, then they send you 30 minutes away for an appointment. I called back for my town then they say you have to go back to website. I'm feeling very frustrated......

Always go to the drive through and never have i been there yet where you actually have a friendly smile or a happy person waiting on you they are always so unhappy to wait on you. This morning the girl was yawning really big not even covering her mouth. Would l I very to see them happy to see you one time.
