“Its a good store. But training is a must. I watched as the line backed up and the cashier (gentleman wearing a blue ball cap) had a customer wanting ballons filled with helium, instead of taking how many she wanted back and blowing them up, he would blow one up and bring it back as she would string it and then she would give him another one. And they ran it like an assembly line while every one was waiting. It took like 15 or 20 mins. Im not even kidding. Im sure thats not DG policy on how to handle that.”
“Manager is always very kind, store is always well kept in comparison to other stores. I always enjoy shopping here. Better than the other Dollar General stores in the area. Definite improvement from the last manager, Kaycee.”
