“Its a good store. But training is a must. I watched as the line backed up and the cashier (gentleman wearing a blue ball cap) had a customer wanting ballons filled with helium, instead of taking how many she wanted back and blowing them up, he would blow one up and bring it back as she would string it and then she would give him another one. And they ran it like an assembly line while every one was waiting. It took like 15 or 20 mins. Im not even kidding. Im sure thats not DG policy on how to handle that.”
“I usually enjoy shopping at Dollar tree but yesterday I was disappointed! I needed a broom. They had the brooms but not the handles! Was amazed! Also couldn't find the canned cherries but these may be seasonal. Still great place to shop.”
“I have always had a great experience with this particular Dollar Store in Morehead. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If I can’t find what I’m looking for at other stores I can most usually find it at this store. Sandra has always been so friendly and helpful to me when I shop at this store. She has patience with crabby customers who I would have lost my temper with when they started getting snarky. She’s one of my favorite DG employees and I specifically stop by this store to see her if I am looking for something in particular because she knows what inventory is in stock.”

“It was an extremely convenient shopping location. The Employees here are Alway's Nice and Helpful, making your shopping experience here more than pleasant. They are so cooperative, I had an exchange to make on some laundry detergent because someone had picked up the wrong scent of Gain Fling's for Me, and the Sales Associate on duty made the exchange hassle free for Me.”
