“Love this store, all the people who work here are so nice and helpful and they always have a wide variety of things to choose from. ? only problem I've ever had here is the check out line gets a bit backed up from time to time but that's not really their fault ? it's an amazing store!”
“Helpful, friendly staff, clean store, but very disappointed since they changed to $5 sales. The party decorations, toys, and craft sections are so much smaller. I used to be able to get all of my kids party supplies here with cute themes. I was surprised yesterday to find out I can't do that anymore. Had to go to party city in a different town. Disappointed.”
“I have been shopping at my local Dollar General for almost 20 years. The staff has changed over time, but the backbone of the store has always been very hard working Women. It’s not uncommon to have Ladies near retirement age. They unload their trucks that come in, (the tractor trailer arrives and there is no one to lug the tons of product out of the very hot and or extremely cold trailers). There are usually 2 exhausted Ladies on the schedule. That’s it! The process of unloading the truck, takes place at the same time the store is open, and all the while, they have to run back to the floor to run the registers and assist customers. I have never worked there, and do not personally know any of these employees outside of the store. I do know, that merchandise is often seasonal, and moves quickly out the door. So the customer at times becomes needy, and has to ask where products are located. Yes, there is product on big carts, in the aisles, as these items have just arrived on the truck, and has to be stocked properly . I have asked for assistance many times. Promptly professionally, with a smile I have always been guided to my requested item. These Ladies must make a minimum of $25 an hr, to start. Providing the labor of 3 or 4 hardworking employees. If they don’t, they should be. I rely on my Local Dollar General. It’s a great little 2021 , 5 & dime store. Very profitable. I gave 5 stars to the employees. Can’t say the same for the CEO.Thank you.S. Clifford.”
“I stopped here a few weeks ago after visiting family in the area. The store was nice and clean, there wasn't very many people in there at the time I went. I stopped in to get two different items and ended up with way more. The store was offering clearance on alot of different items, mostly summer clothing and other item that were from the summer season. I got alot of good deals! Very pleased with my visit!”
“This store is pretty amazing. The employees there are always helpful, they even will make you have fun while visiting. You can tell the employees work hard to make the store presentable even though you know there isn't enough time or help to completely stock the whole store. I believe dollar general needs to work on this issue. Even when dealing with rude customers these employees try to keep calm and collected when being treated horribly by some.”
“Dollar General has quite a selection of products. Greeting cards, clothing , pet needs. Its like a mini Walmart. They have food, beverages, they also haveBeer and cigarettes.”

Everyone has the best attitude they always have a smile and talk to you like you've been friends forever if every business was ran with it please like this one the world would be a much better place in my opinion shout out to the girls at the dollar store in Versailles keep smiling and I'll see you tomorrow LOL”

“Some Dollar general stores are better than others some don't keep up with stocking and cleanliness but the one in salvisa Kentucky is put together rather well they seem to care more about the store than other stores”
