This is the worst McDonalds experience in my life by a wide margin. We walked inside to find a sticky floor with what looked like coke spilled on the floor, we went to the counter and waited maybe 5 minutes to be served. The server was rude and took our order. I bet it took 15 minutes to get our food after we ordered and shortly after I picked the food up there was a row at the counter and an employee walked out hurling verbal abuse at the other employees. In the 20 minutes we were there no employees had the initiative to clean the coke up off the floor. If they can’t operate a franchise location better than this, they need to board it up.

No clean table to be found! Took a long time to get the food. Needed assistance at the kiosk, no one came, so I canceled the order and went to the front. Waited longer for someone. They we not very busy.

Ordered with machine inside. Food was hot, came out quick, and as ordered. Pretty clean. Couple of tables needed to be cleaned.

This is the worst McDonald's ever in KY!! They take forever! ?and inside it seems people are waiting for the food! They need to hire more employees!!! SMH the good thing we didn't Had a chance to pay! We waited a couple mins in drive thru and then we left their is a big line of cars!!! They need to do better or other wise it will shutdown! I don't recommend going in here their's too much people!?

This McDonald’s location is good, given the high traffic that they experience being attached to Loves. The food was decent and was prepared quickly and efficiently. We were able to be on our way with our food in only about ten minutes. The restaurant was cleanish. The beverage station could have used another wipe down.

They try to get you're food to you fast, hot and the way that you ordered it but sometimes I guess 2 out of 3 isn't bad but if you are in the drive thru just make sure you check it out to see if they got it right before you pull away because then you either have to get back in line or go inside or just grin ? and bare it.Parking: It's small and very congested due to the fact that it also shares grounds with Subway and Love's❤ Truck Stop, which has a huge fuel island for vehicles outfront and one outback for Semi's and Tractor Trailers and large R.V's

I stopped there this morning at 4 am. Biggest rip off they don't use cash registers they take your order on papper charge you whatever I guessing they seem fit to my order should of been 4.09 I ended paying 7.03 for 2 sausages Mc muffins 3.00 and large coke.

Food was hot, fast and cheap but attention to lobby was lacking. From pre-ordering to stepping out the door a major spill was left ignored even though I wasn't the only one bringing it to their attention.
