“Smaller scale store than Wal Mart and yet sell way more items in a day than the local super duper oversized trashcan retail giant Small Mart.This store unlike Wal Mart is neat and today and certainly does not have birds flying throughout it and dropping manure all over the store and unlike Wal Mart seems to be serious when it comes to providing a clean and safe environment for it's valued customers.I know as I have been one of them for decades,especially with this store.AAA+++;.”

“This store is closest to my house. My family shops at this store almost daily. Friendly staff which most are neighbors they are very helpful an know most of their customers on a first name basis. Store is keep very clean an tidy restrooms are well maintained. Shelves stay stocked and parking lot is always clean and safe there's no ppl hanging out to cause any issues even the staff dont stand out and take breaks on the lot. Very professional dollar general. Keep up the amazing work guys.”

“This place is loaded with deals. A third of what I went in for was sold out. But, they had good substitutions. I would call this place a variety store, a little bit of everything. Oh, everything in the store is $1. I came out with a few extras because it was only a dollar.”

“Now here is a true retail store that is reasonable on all it's items and you can actually carry out a cart load of deals for what would be the equivalent of two bags if you went to that ripoff joke retailer Wal Mart.This store doesn't have to con it's customers with some cheap gimmick like everyday low prices and that kind of hoodoo like those clowns at Wal Mart.This what Wal Mart pretends to be but can never be,discount friendly retail.Great store and always a joy to shop.”
“I love this store. It's location Hwy 1247 is great,2min from my house. I go there every other day. If possible they will order what you need if there out of it. We buy out there orange cream twizzlers daily,we love them this is only dollar store that carries these. I buy all my household products here too! I buy clothes n medicine here also. I use to shop walmart,but I only shop dollar general Now! On Hwy 1247!! The cashiers are very friendly n helpful,they know me by name too! This is a great store n location is great!! “I could find everything I needed easily enough. Except for men's deodorant, they moved it halfway across the store. From where all the other deodorant and Shampoo and, all that is.”
“Always clean and fully stocked. I use to get upset on days that I shopped and it was difficult to get your cart through the isles because of stock sitting in the floor.
After asking about it, I learned that it happens because of there’s little space for stock in the back and it is mostly due to corporate guidelines, not the management of the store itself.
Although still hectic it’s much more understandable that it’s not at the discretion of local management, these are corporate decisions.”
“This Dollar General is normally one of the cleaner and organized stores. The staff have been very friendly and helpful every time I have stopped by. I usually stop at this store everytime I am in Somerset and need to grab something quick. I can be in and out and have what I need in no time. Would suggest this store to anyone.”
