Disrespectful, rude and lazy employees. Absolutely the worst auto parts store around. Didnt know anything about car parts. I was in desperate help and they turned me away. Dont go here. They will not help you.

Needed a new battery for my car. Went in and was assisted by Tim. Had to listen to him complain about the computer each time he went to use it. Once he got my battery pulled up I was told he couldn't do it because the system told him it would take 45 min. I proceeded to change my battery infront of the store and took all of 5 min. Either he didn't want to because it was 8:30 in the morning or the system needs an update.

This is the first time I ever have had a problem at this store, this is why I am not giving store a 1 star. Today's experience was a 1 star though. Please train your employees on how to treat female customers. I ask for a cabin air filter for my car. First he tells me there is no such item as a cabin air filter for my car. Then tells me he found it and takes me to the wrong air filter, it wasn't even the right shape or size. Then he tried to reassure me it was the right one, that the box is bigger then the filter. I told him the one I needed was a HEPA filter and cost 14.99. He says none of the air filters cost that price. I then explained to him that I saw it on the website and he tells me the website doesn't work right. I told him I would look it up on my phone and show him. He walks away from me and goes out front to smoke without saying another word. Less then a minute later, I found the cabin air filter and it was listed as exactly that. Then I find the one I was looking for, Bosch brand cabin air filter for 14.99. I paid and left. Installed the one I purchased and it fit perfectly.

Excessive prices and inept staff.$27.99 for a windshield wiper blade, $5.49 for a gallon of windshield washer fluid is excessive. These items aren't anything special to justify the price.The employee who sold these items to me was incredibly slow and had great difficulty completing the transaction.He asked for my telephone number SEVEN TIMES!I speak clearly and other people don't have trouble understanding me. There was no excessive noise. He apparently just couldn't remember the number and enter it correctly.He found it necessary to void the transaction and start over even after scanning the purchase items several times for no obvious reason.I will give him credit for being cordial and pleasant, but he appeared to be unfamiliar with his job.He didn't want to simply measure the old wiper blade and find an equivalent product, but went to my vehicle and examined the VIN, then looked up the part on the computer, taking a long time just finding a common item. He even went to the computer to look up 20-W-50 motor oil, which I easily found in plain sight on a shelf in the store.No one in the store, including the staff wore a mask. The store was moderately crowded, apparently due to delay checking out.I have purchased many items from other Advance Auto Parts stores over the years without any problems, but I don't recommend this particular location.Please mark the "Thumbs Up" icon if this review is helpful.
