“I have been using Virgilios since I moved to Shelbyville 4 years ago. The inspection that they perform is truly professional. They provide photos of the good, the bad, and the ugly. They have performed everything from oil changes, brakes, replacing seals, and transmission work. Pricing is reasonable and the fifth oil change is free. My kids now bring there vehicles there.”

“Needed to have a battery replaced on a 2021 Mazda cx9. Isaac at the Shelbyville location was very accommodating on Sunday 8/23 at 11AM and was more than willing to advise on which battery was needed and personally took the time to swap out the old with the new one. Before coming to O Reilly’s, I stoped at the Shelbyville, KY Auto Zone who tested the battery and said it was “low”. The Shelbyville Auto Zone rep said he can only sell me the battery but could not install it because of “all of the wires coming out of it.” Which were 2 wires. Lol. I guess my expectations are not reasonable, but I am extremely grateful for Isaac and O Reilly’s for taking the extra steps to help a paying customer out vs a an employee at Auto Zone that was only interested in getting through his shift. Sorry I didn’t go O Reilly’s and Isaac first.”
“I can only say more great things about Carl and the team at Hadawreck. I took our vehicle to a couple local body shops and they did not want to even do an estimate. Carl was not daunted at all and worked hard to find the best prices on after-market parts. It took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait. Labor was reasonable for the work done.”

“My car started overheating only way back to Louisville from Frankfort and I was able to make it to this location limping it into the parking lot. Found my radiator to be bad, Jack and Willie absolutely went above and beyond helping me find the right radiator I needed and supplying me with a few tools to get it changed in the parking lot, Jack even offered me his own personal tools out of his car so I could replace my old radiator and get back on the road. Absolutely 10/10 service, I will be in again just to say hi to the guys. Very good young men. Absolutely extraordinary customer service. Thank you so much fellas!!!”

“I went to the Walmart Tire & Lube Center SHELBYVILLE this week to get a flat fixed. While I ended up buying a new set of tires, and I have to say— THEY WERE REPAIRING ISSUES CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE FRANKFORT STORE.
When I pulled in, the staff greeted me right away, asked what I needed, and took the time to walk me through a few tire options that fit my budget. No upselling, no pressure—just straightforward advice. I appreciated that they explained the differences between each option in plain English, not car jargon.
My car has never run better and I will never go to the Frankfort Store again. MY SAFETY WAS AT RISK and I'm sure I was hoo-dooed out of $1K by Frankfort.
