“Did an amazing job sorting out my 04 GT supercharged 2v!! I’d been struggling with detonation issues that I couldn’t figure out, due to previous owner/shop’s questionable choices. Lee was easily able to identify everything that wasn’t right, eliminate the detonation and pick up a little extra hp in the process. Will definitely be a repeat customer after adding more mods! Highly recommend, thank you Lee!”

“My grandson hit a pot hole and flattened his tire. We drove to Lexington and changed the tire and brought the flat tire to Shelbyville (home) to have repaired. My wife took the tire to Big O where we had purchased these tires with road hazard. We didn’t have the car or receipt, not a problem for William. William looked up the account by phone number and verified the purchase and had the tire fixed in no time. We have used Big O for three of our cars over the last two years after using Discount Tire for many years! The service we receive at Big O from people like William is the reason! Thank you for taking care of my family, Wayne.”

They were the only shop out of 4 that diagnosed the problem we were having. I am very thankful for them. Very fair pricing and never up-selled me on a thing.
