We booked one king bed room online. When we got there they said the boiler was down and put us in a double queen bed room to have hot water. We then got charged for 2 rooms. We have called the manager and he is saying we booked 2 rooms and will not refund any money. This is ridiculous!! The manager is rude and a scammer. I do not recommend this place!!!

This place is an absolute joke. The general manager is a liar. They will charge your credit card multiple times and lie saying you booked multiple rooms. When I checked in they stated the room I booked was not available because the boiler was down, they moved me to a another room, but charged me for both rooms. He says I had both rooms booked, even though the best western main office said I only had one room reserved. If you read other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence with this place. I just want to warn future guests so they don't have to go through this. The only pros of this place are the rooms aren't to bad, the hotel is actually pretty nice and the younger woman at the counter was nice and professional. This could of been a place I would highly recommend, but their operational practices make me tell everyone to stay far away from this place. They are cons and thieves. Sonny go ahead and respond with your LIES, like you did on the other negative feedback you have received. He also creates false documentation to try to cover up his lies. 2 rooms were not booked.

Room was damp but seemed to get better the following nights.When I first arrived, there wasn't any shower curtain in my restroom, but staff promptly resolved it once I brought it to their attention.Overall, room was clean and staff were pleasant.

I just stayed one night, but the hotel was fine for the price. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Good value for the cost. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Rooms are so worst, they barely clean. Beware with these guys they charged my card upto $600 for one night:.. they have some shady tactics:… read other reviews… my wife always warned me about these cheap hotels… they over charge…

I had no idea what I was getting into when I booked this place. The beds weren't uncomfortable, but the hotel itself has a real ghetto feel to it. I would not have been surprised to find out working girls hung out here, it's just that seedy. The parking lot in the back and down the sides frankly felt unsafe and I was concerned my car was going to be broken into. You couldn't pull into the front covering if there was another car there to check I , as somebody whom I assumes works there had their Tesla charging off a long cord running into the hotel. The towels in the bathroom were all worn and so thin that you could see light through them. Not just one towel, but all of them mind you. The laundromat consists of a single machine and you have to download some sketchy app and put in a credit card to use it as it won't take coins. The breakfast was just a miasma of burnt sausage patties and overcooked eggs. (Deep breath) Sure, I could go on but do I really need to?

CROOKS! Stay away at all costs. We were double charged and the charge back was to a card other than ours so someone is stealing at the hotel! The hotel manager/owner never called back and never reversed charges. Our bank cannot help. You have been warned!

This was a random stay and they were amazing at check in and very friendly. Very clean building and the room was as well. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay againRooms: Very clean!Safety: Safe to stay!

Oh, the Best Western, where sarcasm and lack of service seem to be their forte! It's all about the service, or rather, the lack of it. From the moment we walked in, we felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there.We were just passing through town on the interstate and spotted their billboard. Excited about the possibility of a comfortable stay, we called ahead to check for room availability. They assured us they had plenty of rooms and that we shouldn't worry; we could secure a room upon arrival.So, we drove half an hour to get there, and as soon as we entered the lobby, my older sister asked where the bathroom was since she urgently needed to use it. I pointed her to a sign, and she headed there promptly. But before she could reach the bathroom, the cashier at the front desk rudely exclaimed that it wasn't a public restroom and told my sister to stop. I was approaching the receptionist when this happened, and she asked if I had a reservation. I honestly replied, "No, I don't." Before I could finish explaining that we had called earlier to inquire about rooms, she snapped, saying that we shouldn't just come in to use their bathroom without a reservation.At that point, I felt so belittled and frustrated that I didn't bother to complete my sentence. I admitted that we weren't staying there, even though I often stay at Best Western hotels. I apologized for "inconveniencing" them by using their "private" bathroom and left with my sister, who asked if we were ready to go to the room.Needless to say, I had no intention of staying there after the way we were treated. It's a shame that they judged us so harshly without even hearing the whole story. I left feeling thoroughly disappointed and unappreciated.In the end, the "service" at Best Western made the whole experience one that I won't forget anytime soon, for all the wrong reasons.

By far the worst experience my family and I have ever had. Our room got flooded with multiple items being damaged. Apparently this is not a franchise. The general manager, Sonny refuses to provide the contact information for the owner in order for me to file a claim for damaged personal belongings. The stay started off bad with us having to call upon arrival to get the dirty bed sheets changed. We were in the Louisville region for a local basketball tournament and had no choice but to stay here. We left after our whole room flooded two days in and they charged us for the whole week’s stay. The general manager is full of excuses as you can see in all of the other negative reviews. Which I’m sure he will do on this post. I’d be careful if you choose this location. If any of your goods are damaged they will be unwilling to help you. He told me the best he could do is give me 5000 best western points, which is equivalent to one day stay free, I have attached a video of how flooded our room was. Other 1 star reviews said rooms smelled like old wet carpet. I can believe it! I’m left to take them to court. Sucks I have to pay money to get reimbursed money from their damages. This location, management, and ownership doesn’t even deserve one star.

The rooms were nice, I got roofied at an event and my fiance took me back to the hotel so I don't remember anything from the night, however we had an issue with the bill and it was taken care of properly and respectfully, turns out it was just a misunderstanding on our end and they told us step by step the issue so we understood. 10/10 we will be back again.

We stay here every year when we road trip. It’s a halfway point for us. The beds are super comfy and clean and the rooms are quiet. As a whole, not as clean as it could be. When we stayed this last time, the water in the bathtub was running a steady stream the entire time. You could tell this was a consistent problem that hadn’t been fixed because the area the water was hitting was heavily rusted or had hard water staining. The floor of the bathroom wasn’t swept either. Pieces of tp everywhere and dust bunnies/cob webs. Several times we have stayed here the mirror had toothpaste on it, as well as the sink edges.I just expect hotels to be as clean or cleaner than I keep my home, so it’s kind of disappointing not to have that here.

My husband and I were on our way through with our dog on vacation. We decided we would stop part way to our destination and I called to make sure we had a room reserved. Our phone connection wasnt great, which led to a miscommunication. Upon arrival, we had been booked for the following night. The lady at the front desk was WONDERFUL and resolved the issue quickly. The room was clean and we got a great night's rest. Breakfast was great. Checkout was simple. Overall FANTASTIC experience!
