They wasnt able to fix the issue i was having with my phone told me to go to a phone tech... And literally I went over to my mothers and she reset something and fixed the problem!!! She doesn't work for no phone company and was able to help not the worker at the store! I also needed a new iphone for my daughter hers shattered and he told me to go to Walmart.... Ur gonna loose business...

I was there at 10am on this past Friday because that's the time posted for opening. I sat outside in my vehicle until 10:36am waiting for an employee to show up. I was there because my touchscreen suddenly stopped working. The employee sent me to the Boost repair shop by Planet Fitness. I drove there right away. I arrived there at roughly 10:55am. There was also no employee there, yet the sign posted shows opens at 10am. I went back to the repair shop and the employee was there at roughly 11:30am. This repair man must have some special skills! My phone was in as near perfect shape as possible. Edges and all. He held the phone for about 30 seconds and diagnosed it saying "the screen went out probably because of being dropped over time." I told him to look at it, there wasn't a scratch on the screen or a chip, dent or scrape on the casing of the phone. He said I'd be better off getting a new phone, go figure. Then I return to the retail store to do that. I noticed the promo posters on the wall for existing customers. I tried looking into that, but was told that I would have to agree to Boost sending apps to my phone monthly and that I should not go that route. I went with his opinion to avoid these monthly apps and let the promo poster go. I've had the phone I left with for about 42 hours, that wasn't supposed to be having apps added by Boost. I've already had to either uninstall or force stop over 30 apps since. Hopefully others will have a better experience.
