Maurice got us interested in signing up for Pro Services and Callie just non-stop provides us with top-notch customer service and quotes. Callie always pulls through for us You guys rock! I must also add Jamie the driver who delivered our decking material. The poor guy took out our mailbox trying to turn into our driveway. It is a horrible driveway entrance and a very tight spot. He wasn't even gone an hour and he came back with a brand new mailbox to replace the one that was damaged! That right there folks is customer service at its best!! We love this Lowe's. Thank you all!”

“They were very friendly and helpful in my lumber order to rebuild my deck. They realized when uploading my order they did not have all the 18 foot posts I ordered and upgraded to 20 foot for no additional cost to make it right. The lumber was delivered and the gentleman who did so made sure it was conveniently placed and asked questions to make sure it got where it needed to be. He was very respectful. The prices are very reasonable and frequently lower if not equal to the chain stores.
