We as a family use this pharmacy quite often. As a previous pharmacy technician when I was younger, I know how difficult and stressful this job can be dealing with insurance, doctors offices and patients can be very tricky when they have their arms tied. I just want to recognize a few of the technicians who are always cool calming collected no matter what the situation may bring. Chad, Jamie, Anya and Micshelle. If they’re not smiling, when they come to the window, they end up smiling during our time. People need to be recognized more often and need more good reviews on how hard they work instead of only looking at the bad Kroger Is a big pharmacy and not everybody is willing to get a job or work right now so I know it is rough but they keep everything Under control as well as never rushing a customer to get to the next. We are that very thankful for our Kroger pharmacy team. They deserve a little party or something for all that they do for everybody out and Shelby county! Pharmacist, I know you work hard as well and you always give your honest opinions and I always always trust what you say so thank you all so much!!! -DAXT

Switched to Kroger pharmacy bc the other pharmacy’s are short staffed and would never answer the phone

Switched to this place because I am in the store all the time and had become disgruntled with the incompetence of now defunct Rite-Aide. They do a great job and have always been pleased with them.

Incompetent employees. Multiple times I have placed a pickup order only to not receive part of my order. No option to refund unless you drive back to the store and go in person to the customer service desk. Defeats the purpose of pickup. No apology or effort to make right. System is almost always "down" and employees usually confused or apathetic. Meat department employees perpetually annoyed. Employees inside the store are few and far between. There is one sweet lady who works the register who is always kind, helpful, and efficient.

I have never had an issue here. I can't speak directly for the pharmacist, but the techs and managers have always been pleasant and very helpful.

I am so disgusted in the Shelbyville Kroger. It seems like every week I have an issue with my clicklist pick up. My latest issue is my bananas being thrown in a bag of granola bars, pasta sauce, ziploc bags. No they weren’t on top, they were in the middle! They are not even edible they are so bruised. Also, avocados we’re on the very bottom of this bag. This was the bag when I opened my truck!

Terribly managed. Slow as hell. I’m not talking about overwhelmed slow. I mean very very slow moving. Two employees. in particular, are the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacy techs (or whatever they’re called) I’ve experienced. Manager did apologize for them. Kroger does try to make it right. (Hence two stars instead of one).

95 percent of the staff who work at Kroger are so hateful and rude. I tried to ask for help and got sent to 4 different areas before I gave up and the hot food to purchase you can never get anyone to serve you and I have asked Ella on 2 different visits and she always says that's not her job just always mean and the older lady with short hair is worse then her. Kroger definitely needs new staff.
