I can't say enough good about the Pro Services team here at the Lowes in Shelbyville (Callie and Maurice in particular)! Maurice got us interested in signing up for Pro Services and Callie just non-stop provides us with top-notch customer service and quotes. Callie always pulls through for us You guys rock! I must also add Jamie the driver who delivered our decking material. The poor guy took out our mailbox trying to turn into our driveway. It is a horrible driveway entrance and a very tight spot. He wasn't even gone an hour and he came back with a brand new mailbox to replace the one that was damaged! That right there folks is customer service at its best!! We love this Lowe's. Thank you all!

Lowes in Shelbyville, Ky has a the most rudest supervisor named Rhonda. I have no idea how she even got a supervisor position for not knowing the Lowes policy. She lied and was very rude so I had to call Lowes corporate on her. I hope they informed Rhonda that she was wrong. I will avoid this Lowes as long as she is there.

I ordered a dishwasher online for next day pick up. The item was in stock and available at the time of order. The next day Lowe's canceled the order without an updated text about the cancellation. I just happened to look at the order prior to picking it up and noticed it was canceled. They did say they can deliver next day for an extra $29.00, but somehow can't figure out how to get one in the store. This particular Lowe's has been an ongoing problem. I usually drive farther away to avoid it, but they claimed to have what I wanted. Finally, they delivered it a day later than promised and it is damaged. I had to stay home from work today to get it delivered as well. Don't shop at this Lowe's, or any Lowe's.

Waited an hour just to be told we couldn't purchase a patio set. Customer service was horrible. Do not try to purchase patio furniture here.

I've been here twice all the so called workers standing there chatting and laughing. I asked for help in the furniture area and they told me they would send someone and I stood there for a good minutes and nobody came and they just continued to chat. I ended up leaving don't recommend it at all.

This place is a complete joke I called to ask about a product they had online and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I know places have trouble finding help but come on train you're employees!

In November we moved to KY from SC and first order of business was to order new flooring for the new house we just bought, thinking that the laying of the flooring can be done before our furniture will be delivered . That order was placed on December, 1st 2021. Lowe's guarantees ordered materials to arrive within seven days; correct? Correct! Well. Twice our material - that we had already payed for- got lost aka delivered to a different store aka to different customers. Than, when we were finally getting somewhere and flooring got installed and we were in the home stretch, the installation came to a screeching hold (that was last week of February) because come to find out that Lowes -according to the floor installation company- never even ordered the pieces that are necessary to complete the thresholds. Today is March 26th and we are still waiting for our floors to be completed. Now ... granted Lowe's gave us discounts for the fuck up's BUT after this last one where materials didn't even got ordered from their side (which my husband had to go to the store, make them look through our orders, only to discover they in fact had not ordered those parts); they had the nerve to say -and also expecting us to sign papers- that Lowes doesn't owe us any more discounts and that we cannot declare any other defects due to them. Which is a slap in the face for us as customers. For almost 25 years we bought what we needed from Lowes. And now this. WE the customers did our part by ordering and paying for those materials. WE the customers also payed a pretty penny for appliances from Lowes. Despite this flooring mess. WE as customers where also going to buy even more materials (kitchen countertops, new kitchen sink, kitchen backsplash, faucets, a induction oven, etc) from Lowes. Lowes as a company is the one that screwed this up and is at fault that this installation has taken 4 months! We now rather shop else where for the rest of our home improvement needs.
