No one wants to do their job anymore also all bays except one was empty

Ron was good to deal with but the shop is a ripoff or front office doesn't know what is going on in the back. Will not get my business. Due to fact that technician could not weld. (Mig really)
And installed a catalytic converter that was hollow. For 800.00 REALLY!!!

Went in the other day because my truck wouldn't start in the driveway without getting jumped. Turns out, good ol Jiffy Boob put the wrong battery in my 5.7 L Hemi. They also were nice enough to change my rear driver side turn signal light bulb that the boobs over at, you guessed it, Jiffy Boob, had put in the wrong colored bulb. Now that my light bulb is fixed, my fuel economy is better and truck goes vroom vroom. Good Ol Ron deserves a raise.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. The manager Ron went above and beyond by showing me my car’s history on Carfax and talking through each different service with me. He would let me know what the recommended services were and when they were last done on my car while also letting me know how often those services need to be done. It was the most informed I’ve ever been on what my car needs and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I greatly appreciate his insight and how easy he made this process! He was also super personable and talked with me the entire 3.5 hours I was there with my car. I will definitely be recommending Shelbyville Meineke to everyone I know.

1. Had my tahoe in for a oil change they did there inspection said ball joints on my tahor was really close to being replaced.
Week later I had my vehicle inspected my shelby tire... it was control arm was so lose it worn out it was bad!!!
Trying get replace my ball joints and there find
2nd my boyfriend requested for his vehicle to be inspection for timing chain and anything else ... they didn't even inspection the vehicle they had for almost 2 hours !! We went to eat that was 45 mins then we sat there for 30 mins
Told him everything was fine
He gotten a second opinion
He needs whole front and back Struts and etc and two find out it's takes more 10 mins to look at a timing chain.
Dont trust these people they don't care about your vehicle
