When I went to the Metro branch in Jeffersontown, the woman there made us wait for 3 hours and was not helpful at all. Then we came to this branch, I can't thank Mike enough. I also saw that the other branch kept us waiting in vain for a transaction that could be handled so easily. Mike helped us a lot, thank you again.

It would be great if they were open at the times shown on the door, went at 10:09 for a phone case and door was locked, lights off. When I got my phone, representative helping me was vaping in store while helping me.
