Talk Time has a bunch of stores, they gave my father a phone who couldn't use, when they told him his phone would no longer work. instead of tell him they didn't have just a simple phone because he wanted to earn his commission . I have went to their other stores non professional. I found 1 i like in port Richey not owned by these crooks. I have been a Metro customer since 09. These people are the worst stay away from talk time.

Called to ask about T-Mobile cellphone signal boosters. I had to explain to the kid who answered the store phone what that even is. And she was rude. Wow.

Been with the company 2 years drop and bust my screen so went to get another had to pay full price and 2 months later go back want to upgrade never hace used and geuss what I can't use it omg really and I have someone else on my plan very not happy with the office in shelbyville

I cracked my screen. An unexpected expensive replacement days before Christmas. So I was cranky. The sales guy had closed the store for lunch & the sign announcing it was partially obscured on the door- but luckily I noticed. We waited the 10 minutes for his return & proceeded to replace my shattered phone. My son insisted I buy the screen protector- $30. For a piece of sticky plastic. Not amused. I had a suck it up buttercup moment & $140 later for phone, activation, data transfer & screen protector- I walked out. While we were waiting to wrap everything up 5 more guests came in. Holy busy. But I was happy that I was half way finished my transaction as the slow train of people arrived. Good luck to the sales/tech guy, the system kept crashing over the last few days & was being temperamental while I was there.

Rude Customer service by a teenager. They lied to me about upgrading my phone. They will try to make you pay not only for the phone but there is a fee just to let you upgrade. Ridiculous. Will never do business with them again.
