“I had no heat for two days, my furnace repair person realized after troubleshooting , that there were no issues with the furnace but was with the propane tank regulator. I had to contact my propane company Up3.
I had a hard time getting hold of anyone, it was a Saturday, I tried all day. On Sunday morning, I called again and finally was directed to someone. The manager Bill.
He was very concerned that no one contacted him on Saturday. He was extremely apologetic heard my story, mind you this is 9am Sunday morning. He came all the way to my home, over an hour and fixed the regulator so I had heat. He went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this company, hopefully his team learns from him and treats all customers as he does! Thank you Bill!”
“They are always friendly and treat you great. Service is fast and the prices are reasonable. Don't exchange a tank when you can get more propane and pay less. I would highly recommend them over any other place in town. What even sets them more apart from the competition is the Saturday before the big snow storm although they are usually closed on Saturdays, they were open all day to be there for their customers who couldn't make it during the week.”
