I had a hard time getting hold of anyone, it was a Saturday, I tried all day. On Sunday morning, I called again and finally was directed to someone. The manager Bill.
He was very concerned that no one contacted him on Saturday. He was extremely apologetic heard my story, mind you this is 9am Sunday morning. He came all the way to my home, over an hour and fixed the regulator so I had heat. He went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this company, hopefully his team learns from him and treats all customers as he does! Thank you Bill!”

“They are always friendly and treat you great. Service is fast and the prices are reasonable. Don't exchange a tank when you can get more propane and pay less. I would highly recommend them over any other place in town. What even sets them more apart from the competition is the Saturday before the big snow storm although they are usually closed on Saturdays, they were open all day to be there for their customers who couldn't make it during the week.”

“Called Bill on a Friday needing urgent assistance, just like everyone else. Bill took my call and immediately started working on finding me a technician to come out to our house. We had a contractor accidentally cut our propane line to our house. Having a 1 year old, we were worried of not being able to make food for her. Bill sensed my urgency and got a technician to drive 30 minutes to our house. The technician Brandon arrived on site and gave reassurance that he could fix the issue. Brandon made quick work and took all the right steps to make sure we had propane coming to our house safely.
