“I had no heat for two days, my furnace repair person realized after troubleshooting , that there were no issues with the furnace but was with the propane tank regulator. I had to contact my propane company Up3.
I had a hard time getting hold of anyone, it was a Saturday, I tried all day. On Sunday morning, I called again and finally was directed to someone. The manager Bill.
He was very concerned that no one contacted him on Saturday. He was extremely apologetic heard my story, mind you this is 9am Sunday morning. He came all the way to my home, over an hour and fixed the regulator so I had heat. He went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this company, hopefully his team learns from him and treats all customers as he does! Thank you Bill!”

I was out of fuel, the roads were bad, her trucks were grounded due to weather. No worries she said, she called her husband and he brought me two space heaters. Her husband said when you get your gas, bless someone else with these.

“Called Bill on a Friday needing urgent assistance, just like everyone else. Bill took my call and immediately started working on finding me a technician to come out to our house. We had a contractor accidentally cut our propane line to our house. Having a 1 year old, we were worried of not being able to make food for her. Bill sensed my urgency and got a technician to drive 30 minutes to our house. The technician Brandon arrived on site and gave reassurance that he could fix the issue. Brandon made quick work and took all the right steps to make sure we had propane coming to our house safely. No other propane/plumbing company in the area was able to due the service until the following week, which was going to be a major inconvenience. United Propane Gas saved our day!
