Worst customer service
Called and explained the damages of the car and made an appointment for an estimate. They agreed they understood the damages .. we paid for towing brought the car out there. The guy was rude beyond anything we’ve ever witnessed.
Came out from behind the counter fussing and acting the fool not wanting the car unloaded ..kept repeating the same thing over and over “ total loss total loss “ .
Ok that’s fine there’s no reason to act so bad that you scare and older lady and a teenager that was with her , just say it’s Monday and you don’t want to work buddy !
Apparently they do not understand what’s being told to them over the phone when we addressed the damages the car had .
10 out of 10 would never recommend to anyone do business with !

Met Richie today looking to get some help with a scrape in the paint running across my truck. He gave honest advice and saved me some $$ by suggesting that it could be buffed out instead and offered to help me order some touch-up paint. That's rare these days, folks. Honest help when he could have just scheduled the work and got himself paid. When I actually do need work done, I know who I'm calling first. Thanks Richie!
