I've had a really strange experience with this dealership. I saw a Subaru Impreza online for $12,400. I drove 45 minutes from Lexington to see it and when I arrived, I was told it was now $14,400. Obviously that turned me off to this dealership, so I left.I get a call a couple weeks later from a Manager at the dealership asking why I didn't purchase, so I told him what happened. He seemed understanding and apologetic, and I would even say appalled by the bait and switch of this pricing. He promised he would work something out. He called a second time to tell me that between the time they listed the vehicle and the time I saw it later that day, they had to do some work to it so the price went up. Again, he promised me a fair deal. Then on the third call the said they would knock it down to $13.5k. So a grand more than what it was originally listed for so I declined. He got real snarky and said he could put the old tires on if I wanted it for $12,400, which I considered, but obviously he was just "kidding".Anyway, I declined but then yesterday a friend sent me a series of videos from Tiktok that this manager made documenting our calls. Totally legal in KY but just another shady interaction with this dealership. He's making money off the videos of him screwing me over. Does that make sense? And to top it all off, this manager is a felon and spent time in prison for other shady activities. I'm not evening making this up. This is the low of the low. I sure hope someone has a conversation with this guy and sets him straight. Totally unprofessional dealership. Go elsewhere.

This service center does a great job. They are always honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle without trying to upsell you for something that is not needed at the time. I purchased my Dodge Ram Promaster City Van from them, and have only taken to them for service. Very satisfied.

It’s starts with the excellent customer service, and the mechanics that you can rely on to honestly fix your vehicle. Nice and very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely tell everyone, I give them a ten but it’s not an option. Thanks to the whole wonderful Chrysler Staff.

Very convenient car buying process. I was able to conduct the whole transaction from my home (out of state from the dealership) and my new car was delivered to me and they drove my trade in away. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Excellent experience.

My seles person, Joselyn, was great. She was super friendly and nice. She tried her best to provide the best service. She was very easy to talk to. Everyone at the place was polite and professional. The only downside of my car purchase experience was when I asked for some discount of the final price, the manger didn’t accept it and came back with an counter offer, even thought the amount was not so much. All in all, I can recommend buying a car from here.

The service was very good, everyone was nice and polite. But our overall experience wasn't great. Our credit rating is around 850, which is almost the best rating a person can get. I arrived the moment they opened because the vehicle I wanted was a super good deal. 4.5 hours later, we signed the papers. It was a very long and exhausting process that took much longer than usual. By the time the paper work needed to be signed, we were very tired and wore out from the 4.5 hour process. The finance man showed our interest rate, it was a shocking 11.75%, after such a long wait, we signed the papers grudgingly. The interest rate was unbelievably high for people that has great credit. The interest rate they gave us was for somebody that has horrible credit! I felt as if we were being punished for having great credit! Your supposed to get good rates with good credit, but not at this place. Was it our fault for signing the paper? Yes, but that's not the point. Then they added a warranty to the vehicle we didn't want either, but we signed because we just wanted to go home and relax. Buying a vehicle is nerve racking already.

I buy a lot of new cars, I’ve bought from a lot of different brands and dealers. These folks all went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted at a great price. Even after the sale was done, when a minor issue came up with registering, all it took was one call and everything was fixed.Never put on hold, never promised a call back with no call, excellent way of doing business and I’ll definitely be back.Thank you all (sales/finance/ title folks) for being awesome!

One of the slowest car buying experiences I’ve had. 4-1/2 hours for the process. They only had one financial person as others were out from surgery. Ok, I’m good with that. New sales person who did not communicate the process with my step-son who was buying his first car. Ok, I can get that.Overall an okish thing but the anxiety my son was going through was brutal. Hopefully this is a good car for him overall and he can move on from this interaction.Still would go back here if I needed to though.

I bought a car from them and was assured the mechanic had done a full inspection on it and got it home and have put less than 300 miles on it and it broke down and I'm being told the engine is possibly blown. Now I have a car loan for a paperweight this dealership sold me with assurances that it was mechanically sound. Don't buy from them they are more shady than the boy here pay here lots.

If you're trading a vehicle I wouldn't recommend this dealership. They have a $ amount pre- determined before even looking at your vehicle that they will offer you, which is much lower than what you could get. They try to convince you that there are more issues with your trade then what there actually are because they want you to believe its a fair rate. They went as far as telling me my motor needed to be replaced, when in fact there is nothing wrong with the motor at all, which I had confirmed by a mechanic to prove my point.
