I'm giving 5 + 5 to John that works in Shelbyville Ky. Great guy, very personable and kind and welcoming. I was the second person in and he said "welcome to Verizon I'll be with you asap." He was the only employee at the time on 9.9. He fixed my SIM issues and while doing that 2 others walked in. He did the same thing "welcome to Verizon...." I visited Bardstown location yesterday 9.8 and those ladies (3 on the floor) are rude. They get 0 stars, Never said anything to me (1 customer) and they never answer the phone, i had to initiate what I needed, don't ever go to Bardstown even if you live there. Rude people. Find a new manager and better people for that location.

I went into this location to picked up 2 gizmo watches for my kids. Joe (who I believe he said is usually at the Somerset or London location) was absolutely wonderful. He was very personable and so friendly. I walked in about 7:45 as well as another customer. Even though he closed 8pm, he did not rush us or make us feel like a burden for keeping him a few minutes late. Definitely the best service I have had from Verizon in a long time!

I purchased a new phone and iPad. I am not real tech savvy and never look forward to learning new equipment. However, Payton was and is a very helpful and patient young man. Along with helping me he was also helping other customers coming in the store. He was very courteous with everyone. He really keeps his cool. Payton is an valuable asset to the Shelbyville, KY store.

I was disappointed that the store didn't sell batteries or replacement parts for my phone.. being from out of state, it was frustrating.. n the cost of a new phone was prohibitive n they couldnot guaranteed I'd get to keep my number

staff is polite, but lets make it clear: these people love robbing you. they act like they’re going to help you find the cheapest thing to upgrade with promo wise but won’t tell you about hidden surcharges and fees until you check the bill.i went to upgrade my phone and no one told me there was a charge to transfer info to the new phone for damn near $100… if they had actually been transparent and told me the price to transfer data to the new phone i would’ve done it myself for free. but instead, they get your wrapped up in waiting on the phone transfer to be finished up that they don’t tell you you owe them till AFTER they transfer.the man that was helping me upgrade knew what my expected budget was for this. i specifically said “im looking yo downpay $xyz… that’s all i’ll have to pay upfront until my bill right?” “right!” 50 minutes pass, “oh by the way i think there was MISCOMMUNICATION (?) but you also need to pay $75-80 for us transferring your phone data. sorry i thought you meant that downpayment was something else.” they trick you!! they lie!then afterwards i check my bill and they snuck in at least $15 worth of “upgrades” i never freaking asked for. this is so disappointing to see. after this phones paid for i’m changing services immediately. watch for these con artists.
