I don't remember exactly what I went in for, but I recall the parking lot was easy enough to get in and out of and it was conveniently located next to my hotel. Of course you have the people of Walmart, but that a sideshow that's totally free and worth the price of admission!

I've tried to call them, and I had left something I purchased there, and no one would answer me... I wish they would answer me so I can get what I purchased back! Thanks

Really large Walmart Super Center in Ky. They are Usually all the same, and this is was just before Christmas so EVERYTHING was all about the Holidays. The place was stocked and full of merchandise, but like everything and everywhere at this time, there seemed to be a lack of Human presence. Going up to the Check out and the lines were deep, there were a few regular registers open and all of the self check outs were open as well, and people were still 6 deep in line. It was frustrating but what can you do? This is the current situation we are going through, you simply deal with it or you go through the self service line - which was even longer.

I ordered ALL FABRIC SOFTENER last week and got the detergent instead. Went to do laundry and realized how careless the Walmart shopper was. I can only assume it was a guy under the age of 24. Now I have no FABRIC softener. I already buy 2/3 rds of my groceries from Kroger's now because of Walmart "I don't care about the customer's" policy and grocer and delivery incompetence. I was hoping that buying fewer groceries would allow the grocer pickers to take their time and do their job. But no. While I appreciate the store offering this service, it doesn't mean they should slack on doing their job. Sincerely Frustrated Customer.

Close an entrance nearest to the pharmacy. Have dedicated entrance for employees only. Makes sense. Make those Sick walk the furthest for care. You should rethink it your strategy

This place is gross!! Carts are all over the parking lot, trash is everywhere. I travel all over and this is by far the dirtiest Walmart I have ever been in.

I recently went to the Electronics department to purchase a big screen TV. The associate Gavin was knowledgeable and helpful. After purchasing the tv, Gavin and Ryan got a cart and wheeled it out to my truck and loaded it for me. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. They are such kind and helpful young men. I just wanted to let Walmart know they have some great associates working for them! They made my day....

This rating was hard to come up with. If I based it on emotions for a bad experience with security I would have given it a one star rating. If I do it as a comparison with the baby Walmart that is close to our home in NC it would get a five star review. So here's how I came up with my four star rating. This location is always well stocked on both groceries and general merchandise. The personal care and over the counter medicine has a wide selection. The toy department has multiple long rows of merchandise and is well organized by categories. The seasonal merchandise takes over the indoor garden center and has massive choices. The fishing and hunting section encompasses multiple rows and even though I am neither a hunter/fisherman I frequent this area to buy spools of reasonably priced cord for sewing projects and durable travel mugs that are far better than merchandise in housewares. The hardware department is sufficient for everyday emergencies. Although I haven't bought from the electronics department there appears to be plenty to choose from. The stationary department is well stocked except for when it is ransacked at back to school time. The craft and fabric section has decreased in size but it still offers lots of choices and with the newest way to sell fabric their premeasured bundles offer a cheap option. The houseware department has anything you could need at very reasonable prices. All departments of clothing (men's, women's, boys, girls, infant/toddler, shoes, underwear) offer a wide variety. Additionally there is a jewelry, handbag, backpack, scarf department. I almost forgot to mention they also carry some furniture options. So based on the choices this store has to offer and the overall cleanliness I feel fortunate to have this store in my community. So why not five stars? I just can't get past the embarrassment and possible legal ramifications the security department causes when without any verification and checking of a receipt the undercover security makes alligations that an item may have been taken without paying for it. PLEASE improve your PR skills in the Security Department!

Decent Walmart. Checking out took a little while but was to be expected. The Walmart was clean and shelves were stocked pretty good.

Walmart.com order lost in processing but I was not notified by email or phone. Took me 3 days of phone calls to find out they just did not care.

Long story short, the only reason I give two stars is for one employee, an older night shift worker- Susie, whom is always super nice to my young children, and because the clearance is usually marked down lower than surrounding Wal-marts. The store, parking lot, shopping carts and bathrooms are most always gross. Shelves unorganized, and when an item is priced wrong at the shelf (and yes, I read/compare stickers to be sure they are the correct tag), the cashier looks you in the eye and tells you too bad. I don't know what goes wrong with the food, meats and produce, but its always super gross. The really sad part is, this is a common theme with KY wal-marts. Super rude employees, and super gross inside and out. I've visited several Wal-marts in other states during my travels, and KY is by far the worst.

Stopping at this Walmart Supercenter was not typical for me. I am usually not out in this area. However, I recently found myself in the area and needed to pick up a few items, so I looked up stores in my GPS and found this Walmart. My trip to this location was fine. I was able to find the items I was looking for, and also spent a little time browsing. (It's so easy to get lost in the inventory in these big box department stores!) From my experience, this Walmart Supercenter location seemed comparable to others I have visited. If you're in the area and need a quick shopping trip, this seems like a fine place to go.

I'm not a fan of this Walmart. I always have problems when I come here. They make their own rules. They won't price match Walmart.com like they are supposed to and when something rings up wrong and you take it off a shelf that has the price your expecting, they don't honor it like they are supposed to. I'm sorry but it's not my fault that you can't price your stuff correctly and/or your employees puts stuff in the wrong place. I mean, I go in to get what I need/want and check the price tag under the item and expect to pay that price for it.

This review is for there photo department... I ordered pictures over the internet and got a confirmation time and everything. When I went to pick them up I was informed that the machine has been down for 3 days. They guy working in the department said they did not know when it would be back up and running and that I could not cancel my order. This is the second time this has happened in the last 3 months. Will never get my pictures develop here again. In fact the only reason I ever went to this store. So I won't be back at Wal-Mart again.
