I was in the Shepherdsville At&T store yesterday. A young man named Brendan helped me. He was very kind and helpful with my iPad setup. Although it wasn’t a part of his job, with his guidance I was able to go home and get my iPad set up. Thanks so much to Brendan and kudos for a job well done.

I was told that the 256g phones needed to be ordered but in my email they are only 128g phones so he ordered the wrong phones. I could of just taken the ones from the store if all they had was 128g. I will also have to go back to the store to have the correct phones ordered so needless to say this is incredibly annoying.
