Came in for alignment and steering issues, left with a brand new dent in the door and an undrivable car. Spent $800 and my car came out worse than it was when I brought it in, with no competent explanation. 0 stars would be a more accurate description of my experience.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. They were able to get tires on my car in a very timely manner. And at a reasonable price! My car was towed there and we picked it up with new tires!

I flew up to KY to pick up a car sight unseen, the car needed fresh tires to drive the 1,000 miles back home to TX. JAY CARDINE was a huge help in getting us in and taken care of quick.

Service and staff were great! The only reason I gave a 4 star, they don't take appointments. I was called in a week before to make appointment and was told they only accept 1st come 1st serve.
