Walked around for 10 minutes, and no one was available to help. We were the only customers in the store. We left and took our money elsewhere.

This is the third time using Carrell Roger's Carpet One. Ken Martin helped us pick out Somerset Engineer hardwood flooring. The installer, Jason was excellent , Jason was able to level sub floors that most installers would have walked away from I can't say enough about his quality of work
