Usually good service but they do primarily use self scans. Could use better selection such as fresh tea. This day poorly stocked cooler. Was no sweet tea available in any brand.

Awful customer service to the woman working the counter yesterday during morning shift around 10 am. When I told her I knew circle ks policies she got rude turned around and then began ignoring the fact I was talking , she then wouldn't tell me her name after I asked so I could report to corporate.

Had problem with lottery machine, told manager, she said I had to call the munger on the machine. I did that and was told the can't reset it the store manager has to. I went back up and relayed what I was told and she ignored me completely. I'm done with circle k in Shepherdsville.

They normally only have self check out open and it's hard to get anyone to help with anything behind the counter...cigarettes, lottery ext. There's a few who purposely ignore you standing there waiting to get help. I have to say something every time to get their attention. Doesn't matter how many people they have working.

I went to this circle k a few nights ago there was a employee there I didn't get her name and I pray she sees this I came in upset crying she was AWESOME and if you read this please please let me no your name it was around 6 or 7 and hope you see this she made my evening great and want to think you from the bottom of my heart ?????

Every time I go here there’s some problem. Coke machine broken, line out the door, slow pumps, rude attendants. I give my hard-earned money to QuickStop instead.

Came into circle k this morning to buy a few things and the cashier was completely rude and demanding me to use the self checkout and was telling everyone else to use it as well. The cashier wasn't wanting to do her job she wasn't doing anything besides standing there.
