Ordered flowers for a funeral from the website based on a picture. Barbara called me within 5 minutes of ordering to let me know she didn’t have the exact flowers in the picture but could still put something together for me if I wanted. The arrangement she put together was perfect and even prettier than what was pictured. Thankful for the wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers received. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

First time experience was positive. Needed sympathy flowers for visitation. I generally prefer to order flowers by phone as I haven't had many positive experiences ordering flowers that way. I wasn't able to reach this florist by phone (small shop; probably busy--I understand), so I resorted to browsing the website and ordering online. The flowers delivered were exactly as pictured, so overall, I would not hesitate to order at this shop again... and do so online! :)

We received flowers from Creations By Barbara. The arrangement was beautiful. Here we are, over a week later, and the flowers still look fresh. I highly recommend this florist. The friend that purchased the flowers for us, lives out of state. Creations by Barbara took great care to make our arrangement special.

2 hours before a wedding, I realized I didn't have a pocket square to match the jacket I was wearing. I called to inquire about a boutonniere, and Barbara (I assume) talked to me like she'd known me forever, asked what colors I needed, and assembled a wonderful little arrangement in under an hour. She even asked if I had anyone to pin it to my coat & offered to if not, which I thought was really sweet. I received a TON of compliments on the boutonniere; it really did look classy af. Thanks for saving me in a pinch, Barbara!

Time to time I call Barbara and she will go over and put flowers on my mothers grave. Two years back she made something up for me that was beautiful and I took them over. Today I was in town and stop be the flowers where still there and beautiful as the first day. Thank you Barbara

I chose to order flowers from this local, small town florist for a funeral rather than the huge online florists. I wanted to support small businesses.I asked for something patriotic since the deceased was a WW II veteran. Sadly, the $65 I spent ($50 for flowers, plus delivery and tax) got me a blue vase, six red roses, three white carnations, and some greenery.They sent me a photo which I’d requested, and that was nice. It’s the only reason I gave them two stars (I would have given them only one if not for this extra customer service). But I’d rather have had a better looking arrangement to be honest.I asked if they could add a few more carnations so there would be more white in the arrangement, making it more balanced. Carnations are one of the cheapest flowers so I wasn’t asking for much, but they sent the arrangement exactly as it had been pictured with just the three.I think the whole thing looks cheap and thrown together, without any creativity at all. I’m very disappointed.I could have gotten two dozen long stemmed roses or a large red, white, and blue arrangement from one of the big online florists. Maybe going with a neighborhood business isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, or at least it doesn’t appear to be with this florist.

Highly recommend this florist! When another florist in the area canceled our order without telling us, I called Creations by Barbara at the last minute. They were so accommodating to my request, creating a beautiful arrangement and delivering it within a few hours. They’ve gained me as a customer!
