I was in a few days ago and had the best customer service ever!! The girl at the counter Lilly was so sweet and kind and answered all of my questions. I struggle with my hearing but she was so patient and made sure I understood everything she said. 5 Star service!

Extremely rude staff. Lied about the time the order would be ready, After submitting to the doctor that it was finished at 10:50am. We called the doctors office to confirm the that the prescription said it was ready. And then was asked “do you even have insurance?”

Will never use this pharmacy again. It is always a hassle to get prescriptions filled, but today was the last straw. I have Covid and have been waiting two days for my meds. The app finally updates from processing but goes straight to on hold. I drive up to see the issue, but since I have Covid I can't go in and get any answers. I have tried calling for two days now and never get an answer. Beyond fed up.

This is the worse pharmacy in town. They are always closed super early or they are just dont open at all. The past 3 days I've been trying to get my prescriptions and they've been closed.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 4 years. Recently had a lot of health issues. I have been waiting on blood pressure meds for almost 2 weeks. They are out of stock for my bile duct medication. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks. Probably called a dozen time waited 45-60 minutes for no one to pick up. I understand being short staffed but you have to answer your phones. You have to help you patients. More than likely this is and upper management issue. I work for CVS. So I have to use a CVS pharmacy. I am honestly embarrassed that this lack of care is accepted by CVS. Someone needs to do and overhaul on This location.

This location does NOT answer its phones and frequently closes its drive-thru, forcing sick customers to come inside the store. I’m certain that staffing is an issue, but poor management is the larger problem. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

The pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy staff are very helpful and go the extra mile. The people in the front store areq are always polite and ask if I need help finding anything. The store is always clean. Highly recommend them.

This is the laziest group of people. They refuse to help and are extremely rude. I have had meds on order for a month now. I went to inquire and she just said it's on order. Didn't offer to help at ALL. Gosh I hate this place. Every time you go in there. It's almost like they are trying to be the worst they can be.
