Fed ex is the worst delivery service in ky. For two years i have showed them the address , house number and mail box. Unfortunately they were used by a vendor and once again. Fed ex cant read house numbers. I chased the truck down the street again today to try and get my package because i knew it was suppose to be delivered today. Driver said he couldnt find it The house is clearly marked and easy to identify by UPS. They once again chage the correct label from the shipper to add their label on a different street. Fed Ex is a disgrace to the community

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 4th here it is the 8th and they are telling me I will have to wait till Monday to get my package as they don't work on weekends I've called every day and they told me the same thing there was an issue with the delivery and it's unacceptable I've even listened and talked to them to have it dropped of at one of there pick up locations and they give the excuse there was an issue with getting it to the location. Like what?????? Why have that as a drop off if you can't get it there! I shouldn't have had to week a whole week for a package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. And don't even get me started on the calling center. Why does everyone have the same calling number I want to call and talk to the people handling my package not someone who knows less then me about what going on and the stupid bot you have to talk to to get pass and talk to a real person everything about my experience with Feds has been horrible and I I'm sad so many businesses use them I had tried to get a razor keyboard and headphones but I will never be ordering from razor again just because of the delivery service they use.

If they print your labels make sure the address are correct. They lost my package value 800$ and will not investigate where it went. I will never use FedEx again especially this one on n buckman st sheperdsville ky.

Gate was closed with a note that they would return at 5:55, which was 5 mins. before they were supposed to be closed. The lady who came apologized for the wait and was very nice and knowledgeable! I was returning DirecTV equipment. I cancelled DirecTV because of them cranking up the cost to over a hundred dollars for just basic channels! The lady said she did the same thing and several others have brought their equipment for return shipping to Directv!Thanks Fed ex for your help getting their equipment on the way back to them!
