Manager turn me away because I had four items, they didn't want to deal with it, items had all prelables, made excuse after excuse after excuse y I couldn't drop. Costumer service on phone told me to drop it there very convenient for me, and still manager called "someone" and still made excuses! I think they didn't want to mess with it being a such over crowed store!

I have used this shipping service multiple times and never had a problem. Had to wait in line on some geezers younger than me but the clerk took care of them.
