Shepherdsville Great Clips staff is amazing.
They have been taking care of our two grandsons since we moved here. The care, kindness and professionalism from these amazing and talented ladies is second to none. I so appreciate them so much, wonderful people in a wonderful environment.

I was waiting and when I seen the results of a customer I got up and left! It was a Terrible haircut ! I was not waiting 64 minutes for those results!

My husband came to this location to get a haircut. Later that day we were out for a walk and I noticed this mess on the back of his head. I am usually not the type to ever leave a negative review even if I have a bad experience. But this is just over the top bad. If you are a man getting a hair cut here, make sure you check the back of your head before you leave.

I have bangs and every single time I go here they are always to short or too un even and I always say I like it because what are they going to do?? Put the hair back on so I do not recommend going here

I explained to the hairdresser how I wanted my haircut she cut my hair off so much it’s not two inches long on top . She spoke hateful to me when I asked her to stop cutting my bangs . I’m so upset

I have been going to Great Clips for years for the most part they do a fair job but twice once 2 years ago and the other day they have given me the worst hair cut I've ever had she cut it way to short the way I feel right now I am through with Great Clips forever

Signed in online with app, got there to check in and one of the hairdressers with the R.B.F. With the dark hair. Was rude from the start. She rudely ask the same 3 questions and I answered 3 times the same answer. Then she just walked away. I started talking to my sister in law just passing time and the hairdresser got mad bc she thought we was walking about her. Yelled at me saying I was running my mouth. So we just left and went to Razor’s Edge. Thank god Razor’s staff are welcoming. Never going back again to Great clips

I have given the owner plenty of time to respond to my call; and they haven’t. So I’ll share my experience here. I went in for a cut, I showed a picture and EXPRESSED I did not want it as short as the picture. Just similar. To start, the “stylist” sat me in the chair, after I told her I needed my hair to be wet to cut it, and she started combing thru my hair with product still in and dry. Ripping my hair out. When I said I’m not comfortable cutting it dry she slammed everything down and said “why didn’t you just say you wanted a wash? That’ll be an extra $9”. Ok lady. So she washed it and then started cutting. Immediately took off 8 inches after she and I discussed 2-3 tops. I simply said “that’s really short” and in a salon full of people she starts screaming and verbally attacking me. Screaming “show them the picture” over and over. Yes, I showed her the picture and we discussed how it would be longer! She refused to finish my cut, and I never even raised my voice! The manager finished the cut but it is TERRIBLE! And I know I’m not the only one with this experience! No wander this “stylist” doesn’t have her own station in this salon. I’ve had the ladies here cut my hair many times. Some I recognized when I went in. I didn’t request anyone specifically because they were so busy! Now I have to look at this terrible haircut for months because my hair grows so slowly! I’m mortified and heartbroken really!

I arrived at 5:40 and they would not cut my hair because they were closing at 6:00. There were three people working and only one of them had a customer in the chair.
