My car was mostly clean, but still had little, soapy, residue spots on some of the windows. The windshield was still pretty dirty, granted the bug remains were large. We paid for the $9.75 wash which doesn't include the drying feature. Just seemed a higher price than the final result yielded.

Always takes care of the customer 💯.
I been using the car wash for years up there. Always clean inside and out. Nice equipment as well. If ever anything happens they stand behind there business 💯

The vacuums outside of this car wash are a joke! Wouldn’t even suck up the smallest pebble. I could blow hard than this vacuum could suck. Didn’t even have enough power to suck receipt paper, waste of time! These things are such a scam. Save your money.

Advertises as dually friendly. The wash is but trying to get into it isn't. Very tight turn. Had to pull up, reverse then turn really tight in a long bed crew cab. Also it didn't rinse very well at all. Thankfully we have another car wash closer to us as this one just happened to be on our way somewhere so won't bother trying it again. Edited to add the truck is still filthy. Didn't wash the sides at all.

went on Friday night, paid $15.75.. only one side of the wash ever sprayed anything out on the car, got water and maybe a few bubbles but never any soap. when I pulled out it looked like it had never been washed. highly recommend, not going to this wash. No call back on refund.

Moby's has been in shepherdsville for years it use to be a great car wash not sure what happened went there a few months ago paid and it didn't work called the number the guy called back days later and said I'd get a free wash in the mail not sure how that works since your only option is cash or card needless to say I never received it won't be going there again

Been getting my car wash here for years and it has always been a great experience, my car is always spotless, it looks like they take pride at this car wash , always clean and equipment always working they must have a great mechanic that works there to keep it in good working order

Horrible Experience of washing my new car. It still stays dirty and the windshield has sticky spots on it and it looks so nasty. The car is little bit clean from sides but the front brush is so dirty which makes the car dirty instead of cleaning. Also it cause color chipping to my car which is really really big upset to me.
