During construction they have porta potties outside that are full and a sink with no water. Avoid going here cuz a service is not good

I reserved a parking spot around 11am in the morning through app while i started my driving shift from Oklahoma state. Reached around 11:55 pm. I went in they told me to find a spot if no come back and we will refund you your money. I was like what the heck. It was almost 12 am.and i was running out of hours. So i parked on the side. They come to me yelling in-fact that told me m arguing with them forced me to leave when i disagreed they called cops on me. Well appreciated he understands me find a spot to sleep nearby. They don’t even know whats the reserved parking means. worst place seen ever in my 8 years of trucking. Now i can feel why this place has all the negative comments. Good job Pilot.👏 i should give -10 . Never ever coming back to this place again.

Store clean, even restroom! Friendly atmosphere except the parking lot is horrendous! I'm surprised nobody hit anybody with their vehicles. When your Store gets upgraded, the parking needs to be considered.

Store and staff are convenient and friendly. But the pumps and parking lot are constricted and small (on the car side). Not an easy in and out.

Employees are too lazy to come to the to go food counter to help anyone. She had no customers and stood there staring but did nothing. Subway opens at 7am, but 10 after she comes out of the back and yells were not open. Customer service right out the window.

Truck parking very limited because they tolerate people using their truck parking spots for trailer storage. Any given time you can go there and see 5 trailers with no truck attached taking up space. Also they tolerate truckers parking their bobtails in the spots and just leaving them there. They aren’t even sleeping in them. They just park them and go home I guess. The slowest most disorganized Subway in the area. Half the time it’s one employee having to run back and forth to the cooler to get things and if there’s two employees, it’s still just as slow because they have no process and are tripping over eachother. I went in there today and there was one person who was half way through an order, and one person getting ready to order in front of me. So 1.5 people in front of me and it took me 17 minutes to get through the line because they had to run to the back twice, one girl couldn’t do her job without going in behind the other girl and telling her what to do and she isn’t even new, and both of them are so rattled brained that they are constantly getting distracted and leaving task.

This lot has always been challenging and feel sorry for those who don't know how to back up this need redone and very bumpy but happy it's here and has some fast food around n waffle house

I stopped by because I had to take a different route to work. I bought a box with pepperoni some cheese & grapes. It was absolutely disgusting. It wasn't even edible ugh..

I can't believe it took 2hrs and 30 to clean a Shower, this lady was outside and she is no doing her job i can't believe she don't care all the drivers waiting outside

As others have indicated, there really isn't any Truck Reserved parking at this location. There also aren't any marked Reserved spots. And although I paid in advance for one of the supposed 22 Reserved slots, there was nothing available when I arrived late that night. I'm giving three stars only because the on-duty attendant did walk out and help me find a space to squeeze in my bobtail. Darn lucky I wasn't pulling a trailer at the time. Pilot needs to get their act together with Reserved parking. I'm seeing this as a repeated problem, at least in the Southeast where I'm running.
