Was passing through on a road trip, thought I had an issue at around 4 PM (they close at 5). Gave Scott a call and he took a look at it and set me at ease. Finished the drive. I literally forgot to even offer to pay him something, he didn't seem to mind. Good people.

after being referred to superior auto by other local businesses I contacted Sam for ac diagnostics agreed to allow them to Diag my vehicle After they drove my vehicle into the mechanical bay a couple hours later, I received a phone call stating that they’re supposed mechanic had disabled. My vehicle did not know the damages have been done supposedly nor did they have the proper equipment to perform such diagnostics after informing and superior auto that they were responsible for the damages. They refused to take responsibility. I am currently out of a vehicle. They are refusing to cooperate. There are numerous points of documentation, proving that they are responsible for the damages that occurred while the vehicle was in their possession, my suggestion stay the hell away from this shop as far as you can they are not certified nor are they ethically responsible for performing repairs or customers vehicles I hope that they don’t cause damage

they kept my update on the status of my van and took less then a week for repairs other garages said couldnt be done. AND saved me more than a thousand off the cost from what other shops said it COULD cost.

Do not use this place. Vehicle was towed there in limb mode. They called and said it would be almost $500 to fix. Then we waited for weeks, we called them for an update and they said it would be another $1500 to fix, that it was something different, we questioned why they didn’t find the real problem first. So we decided to pick the vehicle up which was still in limb mode and required towing to a different place for repair. Basically they did absolutely nothing to our vehicle and charged $500. The vehicle had the same code lights and in limb mode when we picked up. Since I have some down time this winter I’m start the process of small claims court, if anything maybe it will help someone in the future.
