They keep jacking the prices up at random, the indoor units are never actual clean prior to move in, and talk to you like idiots when trying to pay. It’s humiliating to tell friends and family that I use them.

Rented a storage unit from here for a year and never had a problem, even when I had to make a payment a week or two late they don’t overcharge with late fees. Rita the manager is very kind and helpful. They even ask what you plan on storing in there so they can give you an appropriate size unit so you’re not paying for more space than you would use.
