I went in to this UPS store. I'm 65 and not tech savy. A person named Eden helped me. She was the nicest person, took her time and printed out some very important documents I needed. I would recommend Eden for any of your UPS needs. She's the best bar none.

Visited the location in a hurry to be somewhere else real soon. Was greeted at the door, was helped in a timely manor, package was processed and I was on my way in about 3 minutes. Very very impressed and will make this my go to place for mailing, returning packages , any and everything that requires my UPS location.

Horrible experience… these folks WILL NOT help with Amazon returns… they have decided that you need to do it because they are tired of everyone bringing in returns… ummm… that is your JOB!!! The manager was in on this entire attitude. Literally they made me scan and package the stuff myself - while 3 of them did NOTHING! Will not be back!!!

Awesome place. Ive been here a few times to drop off Amazon returns and I am always in and out in no time. Never have a wait and the employees seem sincere and seem to enjoy what they do. Ive never had any issues here at this store. My go to ups store. Five stars!
